Privacy notice
RouteJury is a static, information-only site about free racing games for Android. There is nothing on these pages to fill in: no forms, no fields, no sign-up, no account. Nothing you type anywhere in your browser is sent to us through this site.
What we do not do
We run no analytics of our own, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no profiling. We set no cookies of our own and we do not build audience segments, wish lists or reader identifiers. We do not share, sell or transfer reader data, because we hold none of it.
What is processed when a page loads
Serving a web page is technically impossible without some data passing over the network. Two parties are involved:
- The hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs — the address requested, the time, the response code and the amount of data sent — so the service can be run and kept secure.
- Cloudflare, Inc. delivers this site as a content delivery network and acts as a processor for us. It handles the page address, the referring address, performance measurements, the type of device and browser, and the country derived from the IP address. Its performance beacon sets no cookies.
Legal basis and retention
The processing above rests on our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reasonably fast website, Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, read together with the Data Protection Act 2018. Technical logs are kept for a short period, as configured by the providers, and are not used to identify readers or to build any profile.
Writing to us
The only channel we offer is e-mail. When you write to us, your message travels through your own mail provider and ours, and we hold what you chose to send — your address and the content of your message — for as long as it takes to deal with the matter and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add anyone to a mailing list.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you may ask for access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, portability where it applies, and you may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest. Write to the address above and we will answer as fully as the little data we hold allows.
Complaints
If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963, Ireland — dataprotection.ie. You are of course welcome to raise the matter with us first.
Changes
If the way this site is delivered changes, this notice is rewritten and the date at the top of the page is moved forward.
